Gorgeous 18K solid gold GIA certified 5.45CTS diamond and sapphire pendant. This pendant has a very fine milgrain detailed halo design accented with a large 4.55Ct natural sapphire of Ceylon origin. The cushion brilliant cut sapphire is surrounded with a halo of 13 large VS clarity and F-G color diamonds adding up to 0.90cts. These are high quality, natural diamonds and sapphire.
The sapphire has a desirable purplish pink color with clean clarity and internal brilliance.
This pendant has been checked and certified by 3 different gem labs including GIA. GIA lab has certified this as natural, no heat, purplish pink sapphire.
