Estate 22K 18K solid gold diamond and ruby ring. The ring features a beautiful design with a large candy red, cabochon ruby in center, surrounded with old mine cut diamonds, all set in 22K gold. The center ruby weighs about 4CTS. This ring has about 1.3CTS of diamonds. The ruby and diamonds are all foil backed, which adds to the character of the gems. The underside of this ring has gorgeous enameled floral designs in shades of red, blue, green and white. The solid 18K gold band of this ring is adjustable, so it will fit ring sizes 5-12.
