Estate 22K 18K solid gold diamond and sapphire ring. This ring features a beautiful design with a large checker cut yellow sapphire in center, surrounded with old mine cut diamonds set in 22K solid gold. The center sapphire weighs about 6.1CTS. This ring has about 1.9CTS of foil backed diamonds. The underside of this ring has gorgeous enameled floral designs. The 18K solid gold band of this ring is adjustable, so it will fit ring sizes 5-12.
