Shipping
Complimentary domestic shipping on all orders. Parcels will be shipped with USPS / UPS. They will be fully insured with a signature required at delivery. International shipments will be made through USPS / FedEx at the charge of $75. They will be fully insured with a signature required at delivery. Custom duties and brokerage fees applicable to the shipped item are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
Sales Tax
Texas residents will incur an 8.25% sales tax which will be added to their purchase amount. Residents of all other states within the US are exempt from the payment of sales tax.
Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase then simply return it within 5 days of receipt, and we will refund the purchase amount. We will charge a 10% restocking fee on the returned merchandise.
To be eligible for return, items must be in their original purchase condition, unworn, undamaged with original packaging and documentation. We retain the right to refuse any refund if we feel the return policy is being abused. Before returning goods, please contact us.
Friction Back / Screw Back / Clip-on Earring Conversion
Earring backs conversion are available at an additional cost. Please contact us for more information regarding this service. Customized earrings are non-refundable.
Layaway Policy
We offer a 6 month layaway plan at no additional charge. A 20% down payment is due at start. You can pay the remaining balance at your convenience. Please contact us so we can set up the layaway payment plan for you.
If for any reason you are not able to complete the payments in 6 months or if you decide to cancel or return the layaway item, there will be a 20% restocking fee and the remaining payment will be refunded back to you.
