This 22K solid gold filigree pendant is set with a completely natural free-form coral branch. The design showcases a chunky untreated coral specimen mounted in heavy, intricately detailed 22K yellow gold. The coral has a rich orangish-red color with beautiful natural veining and organic texture. You can even see the natural cross section of the branch at the bottom, which makes it a highly desirable and unique specimen. The goldwork is covered throughout with fine beaded detailing, twisted wire, and delicate carved filigree craftsmanship. There is a natural antique patina within the grooves and tiny crevices, which enhances the depth and character of the design. The coral is 100% natural and untreated, and does show natural features such as minor pits and banding consistent with authentic branch coral.
